Dr. Oz 3 Day Detox

So I decided to do a detox…dont ask me why but I wanted to do something to help my body since I was feeling a bit bloated and sluggish…the detox is meant to eliminate harmful toxins, restore your system and reset your body…so I also got 2 of my friends to do the detox with me and since its only 3 days its not that hard or time consuming…I will post each day how it goes and hopefully I will survive and not kill anyone around me lol.

The plan is pretty simple since it involves drinking 3 shakes for meals plus a snack shake.  You also have to drink lots of water which the plan does not define but I am going with 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water which sounds like a lot but I have done it before….today is the first day so I hope that I can report that day 1 was great…wish me luck!!!
