Am I the only one who doesn’t like to drink water???

Why is is so difficult for me to drink plain old water???  I could go the whole day without drinking any and be fine.  I know my body needs and craves it but I get so distracted that I will forget.  I bought this infuser to help me drink more water and its actually helping me to drink more.  I put in some fruit to give my water flavor and I drink about 3 of these 27 oz. infuser bottles at work plus some more at home. If you have a similar issue I would highly suggest buying an infuser. I bought mine on amazon for $9.99.

  1. The hard thing for me is my acid reflux (which, luckily, calms down as I lose weight, which I’m doing). I get terrible heartburn when my little stomach gets too full of anything, including water! Lots of little sips for me!
