TTC#2 Plan & Temperature Charting…

So we have always wanted to have 2 kids 3-4 yrs apart since the beginning.  Eric is now almost 20 months so we would like to start the TTC process when Eric is 2 yrs old.  I can get a little antsy and since I was getting my period for the past 6 months I thought maybe we have a shot at TTC naturally.  So I decided to give temping a shot and I started taking my temperature daily since I got my period and this is my chart so far:

So based on this chart I did not ovulate and I quite possibly have been having annovulatory cycles.  We were going to TTC naturally for 3 months before seeing the RE in March but if I am not ovulating I will not TTC and just wait to see the RE.  We will have to do a fresh IVF cycle since we have used all the frozen embryos we had with Olivia and Eric.  I am not looking forward to a fresh cycle since that involved many more doctor visits plus the retrieval which was not fun since I was on the verge of OHSS.  We will probably need ICSI since the last time we had only 35% fertilize.

I will continue to take my supplements and also track my temperature over the next couple of months to see if maybe we will get lucky and get pregnant without help but if I am not ovulating then thats impossible.

  • March 2016 – See RE and start IVF roller coaster
  • March – June 2016 – HSG, SA and all other tests
  • July 2016 – Start BCP’s
  • August – Start Stims
  • September – Get pregnant!!!
