Ok so for the past month I have been doing well with my resolution of eating well and working out 6 days a week doing Bikini Body Mommy. During the week I really have no issues with eating well and keeping hydrated. My really problem is during the weekends when we go out to dinner or just stay at home. The temptation is great to over indulge so I have been reading about how cheat meals/days may be beneficial to me in the long run both mentally and physically. With previous diets I would do so well during the week and then go crazy on the weekend gaining back a good portion if not all the weight I lost during the week.
I think I may try a cheat meal this coming week instead of the cheat day to see if maybe that will be better for my weight loss goals while also giving me much needed break from dieting. I will also make sure to drink as much water as I can and still avoid soda during that cheat meal (maybe a cocktail instead).
If anyone has some insight on cheat meals/days and dieting please let me know. I would love to hear some feedback.
