Cauliflower Fried Rice

So someone recommended that I try Cauliflower Fried Rice since I was trying to limit my carb intake.  12695284_10207175658421101_2078343811_o

It came out pretty tasty but it was just a bit too salty.  I would decrease the soy sauce just a touch.  Eric did not like it and he likes rice and cauliflower.  Maybe it was too salty for him as well.  I will definitely make this again.

I made this awhile ago and totally loved it. I did look at a recipe, but ended up doing my own thing and added the soy bit by bit tasting as I went so it wasn’t that salty. I also added some corn in mine which takes away from the saltiness a bit too. I’m going to try doing a turmeric version next as I think that would be amazing.
