Guess what I did last week?!?!

So I had a RE consult last Tuesday and when they did a baseline sono it showed a follicle and based on the bloodwork I would be ovulating…I confirmed it with an opk and I did an IUI last Thursday…we also confirmed that my insurance requires re-establishment of infertility since I was pregnant which means I need to do 3 IUI’s (it is 6 if you are under 35) before being approved for IVF again…I know that IUI will not work so here is to hoping that the next 3 cycles are over with quick and we are able to start IVF in September!!!

It sucks that you have to go through 3 IUI’s again. How frustrating. I hope they pass really quickly and your insurance company is smooth from here on out.
